Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the modular components in their original packaging, ensuring all seals and connectors are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return box before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
